215 Stephen Street is mixed-use residential and commercial building in the heart of historical downtown Morden, MB. A vacant lot for years, we decided that we could put the land to much better use and contribute to the revitalization of this part of the city.

The custom design contains 14 residential apartments in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units over 3 floors. Each unit has it's own balcony or patio space, with the units situated above the commercial spaces boasting extra-large outdoor spaces.

There are currently 3 businesses housed in the commercial main-floor part of the building, mixing work and play in a creative and modern addition to the street.
